Step 1 — Prep your feet.
Use on clean feet, wet or dry - both work. Dry filing gives more precision on tough calluses; wet filing is gentler for maintenance. For best results, apply the Viva Reborn® Korean Instant Foot Peeling Spray first and wait 90 seconds to loosen dead skin before filing.

Step 2 — File gently.
Work the nano glass surface over rough heels and calluses using short, back-and-forth strokes. Let the tool do the work — no pressure needed.

Step 3 — Rinse & reveal.
Wipe away the dead skin, rinse your feet, and follow with your favorite foot cream to lock in softness.

Once or twice a week is more than enough time, and we recommend filing over a bathtub or in the shower for cleanliness. Be sure not to over-file because it gets oddly satisfying.
